Shipping Info:
If you place two separate orders to the same address, we will attempt to ship your items in the same box to save on resources. If it’s more than MYR30 cheaper when combining shipping, we will refund you the shipping charge balance. Please note - shipping in larger boxes is more expensive due to size limitations. In this case, we will ship separately.
After a purchase being placed, allow 1 - 3 business days for us to pack up and ship out all the orders. We are just one person team doing all, so your patience is much appreciated!
Most items ship via Pos Malaysia and we will provide a Tracking Number after your order has shipped.
Please realize that shipping times are just estimates : 3-8 business days within Malaysia and up to 28 days to foreign countries. Sometimes things arrive much later than expected. Once a package is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee its delivery time.
Please include your phone number as well as this is part of important requirement by Pos Malaysia / shipping / delivery services.
If you made a mistake with your shipping address at checkout, please email us immediately after purchase so we may change it. If the item ships to a wrong address due to customer typing error, we cannot be held responsible for the lost item. No refunds will be made unless the lost package makes it safely back to us.
We normally doodle on the shipping boxes (we hope the boxes bring a little joy when they arrive & along their travel route!) If you prefer your box be left blank, please email us immediately after placing your order to let us know.
If you wish to have a personal/gift note included inside your box, please email us right after purchase.

Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/refunds. All goods are quality-checked guaranteed and packed securely before shipping / delivery.
We will not be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out!
Please look closely at all the photos of the item you intend to purchase and read the FAQs about the goods BEFORE purchasing. If you made a purchase by mistake and need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately after purchase (within 4 hours please).
